2011 Lancia Ypsilon

Naslednje leto (najkasneje 2010) pride na trg nova Y. Vozila se bo na podvozju Grande Punta (tudi motorna paleta bo prevzeta iz drugih modelov koncerna), a bo namenjena drugim kupcem. Tistim, ki hočejo nekaj drugačnega, nekaj več. In so za nekaj več pripravljeni tudi več plačati, seveda. Materiali v notranjosti bodo kvalitetnejši, po vzoru na Fiat 500 pa bo strankam ponujena množica opcij za personifikacijo vozila. Oblikovno bo nadaljevala novo Lancino oblikovalsko smer, začeto z Delto.

Look out MINI! Hot on the heels of the Alfa Romeo MiTo (Top story, Issue 1,004) comes another Italian model with the big-selling British supermini firmly in its sights. This official sketch shows exactly what to expect from Lancia’s next-generation Ypsilon.

After a 14-year absence, the luxury Italian brand will hit the comeback trail in the UK next year, with the new Delta family car. And according to official documents uncovered by Auto Express, this stylish MINI rival will be the next addition to the line-up.

As you can see from the picture, the compact hatchback will get a distinctive chrome-trimmed Lancia shield grille flanked by a pair of slanted headlamps. Classy touches could also include Delta-style LED lights and two-tone paintwork.

The distinctive Ypsilon will share its underpinnings with Fiat’s Grande Punto supermini, so buyers can be sure of a spacious interior. However, the Lancia will be upgraded with high-quality cabin trim that’s more in keeping with the firm’s premium image. Customers can also expect a wide choice of interior materials and exterior colours to personalise their car, similar to what’s available on the Fiat 500 and MINI line-ups. Practicality will be a strong point, too, so expect an easy-access boot and split-folding seats to boost load space.

Engines will be shared with other Fiat Group models, so the firm’s 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol unit will feature, as well as the frugal 1.3 and 1.9-litre Multijet diesels.

The current three-door Ypsilon, pictured below, is only available in left-hand drive, but is a common sight in mainland Europe, where it went on sale in 2003. However, every new Lancia will now be produced in right-hand drive, which paves the way for the firm’s return to UK roads.

The brand new supermini is expected to debut at a motor show next year and hit British show­rooms in 2010, 12 months after it goes on sale in Europe.

Men je lepša, lih zarad tega ker je pomanjšana. Delta mi deluje man na silo razpotegnjena (da po velikosti sili iz "Golf" razreda)

Jaz samo upam da tale tanova ipsilon ne bo šla po stopinjah tanove delte. Ker tanova delta cenovno kar precej sili iz golfovega razreda, pač predraga je, hoče bit kao premium, ne da ni vredna denarja, ampak za tak denar se dobi že kaj bolšega. Zato upam da tudi tanova ipsilon en bo premium, fajn bi blo da bi stala tolko kot clio, corsa, punto..pa še nekaj je opaziti, zdajšnaj ipsilon velja za babji avto, v tejle z mal večjimi feltnami, bo pa vsak dec zgledal pravi moški :P , mal šale pal pa tud zares.

Ja da ne bo Delta res stala toliko kot Bravo. In ypsilonka more bit premum tako kot je to že sedaj, sploh cenovno. Sicer pa cena Delte izgleda da ni napačno postavljena, saj Lancia navkljub upadu prodaje večine znamk, ponekod beležine sunkovite skoke. In ja Lancia je že od nekdaj premium, mogoče v v tem trenutku najbolj ne, ampak je že čas, da jo spet nekdo postavi tja. čeprav model y ni ravno model s katerim bi to počel.

Sicer še zdaleč ni vsepovsod tako rožnato in številke prodanih modelov niso ravno velike, sploh ne v italiji, kjer prodaja vseh znamk neverjetno pada. Drugače pa je efekt, ki ga Delta prinaša k prodaji lancie vsekakor neverjeten.

rdeča prav fajn zgleda :)

Lizard je pa treba priznat, da v številu vozil ne zgleda tak dobro kot v procentih tale rast lanče :lol:

Pa če ne drugega vozima znamko ki je skoraj tolk redka na cesti kot kakšen porsche :P

Una srebrna slika nakazuje, da bo avto očitno zelo lep. Čeprav mi velike Lancie ne potegnejo, mi je pa Ypsilon zmeri bil všečen.

This is the first sketch that can be considered as an official of the future generation of Lancia Ypsilon that should appear at the Geneva Motor Show 2011. A city developed on the new modular platform of the Fiat group, which should share many elements of its structure with the new Fiat Panda, which also should make its appearance next year.


For style, we find the design elements of the great Delta with taut lines and broken, a house that falls on the C-pillar of the car and the wheels located as close as possible "corners" of the car improved livability and easy handling and quality. Not much to say or show because, for now, mules Fiat and Lancia are still circulating in envelopes similar (identical case in the group with the future VW A3 and Golf7). Mechanically, little new except the confirmation that the 0.9 L engine TwinAir EMS will be good to the part under the hood of this 2011 Lancia. This chic Turin will charge next year to give the reply to which urban Premium comencent to take a bit of importance on the market for a certain Mini has opened the breach!

And as a bonus but not as we know for now what this match, , here is also the sketch of a coupe Lancia we do not know precisely the destination or if it is only fun for amateurs Italian style!

In any case, the Lancia Ypsilon (Chrysler Ypsilon UK) is now a case to follow in the next month.
