Race tires are quite thin and light. A typical dry tire for a larger formula car weighs less than 20lbs. FFord fronts as little as 10lbs.
I don't know if you'll be able to find the exact weight because F1 is so secretive, but it wouldn't be surprising if tire and wheel weighs 25-30 lbs.
The explaination for why the tire jocks can move so quickly and handle the tire/wheel so easily is because they are really trained gorillas!
