The elegant, contemporary and chic Kylie Minogue would make the perfect image for the Lexus’ smallest offering, the CT200h. At least that’s what the company thought when they signed her to appear in a a cross-media publicity campaign for the hybrid hatchback.

In addition to appearing in some TV commercials and print advertisements, the famous performer will also take delivery of her own personally specified CT200h.

“I am absolutely delighted to be working with Lexus on the launch of their new full hybrid CT 200h. I’ve been lucky enough to have a preview of the car which is both stylish and elegant and will definitely create a Quiet Revolution,” said Kylie, who has enjoyed success as an actor, singer, dancer and designer.

At the same time, Lexus will now be the main sponsor of Kylie’s Aphrodite - Les Folies 2011 UK tour, her most visually spectacular and technically complex shows ever undertaken in the UK.

The singer is set to play at a number of events in support of her 11th LP this spring, culminating in two shows at London's O2 Arena (April 7-8). There will be 1 million moving parts associated with the stage, seven lifts, 600 light sources and a special "Fly System," inspired by a Spider-Man Broadway act.
