Za zdaj o cenah sicer še ni veliko znanega, saj k nam zapelje šele marca prihodnje leto. So pa cene oblikovane za nemški trg, kjer osnovna različica z ESP (na nemškem trgu je le ta serijski) znaša okoli 12.500 evrov. Po besedah uvoznika je to za slovenski trg še občutno preveč, zato pričakujte nekaj odstotkov nižje cene od nemških.

par postov višje omenjni profesionalni novinarski kolega z drugega foruma, je na forumu, kjer ni treba bit glih striktno "politično kotrekten" citirane lastnosti Citroena popolnoma samoinicijativno primerjal s Polom. ker je testiral oba. in ker je Polo pač benchmark razreda...
mislim, da bo približno 400 km, prevoženih po cestah različnih kvalitet, rangov in konfiguracij, kot tudi njegovo profesionalno ukvarjanje s preiskušanjem avtomobilov dovolj, da lahko podaja "tako strokovno utemeljene komentarje", ki bodo zadovoljili tudi Tatoojeve kriterije strokovnosti :P
no, omenjeni gospod... ne gre za kakega zaletavega 20+ paglavca, ki je "pojedel vso pamet na svetu", gospod ima že krepko čez 40 let in je v svojem cajtu preizkusil že marsikaj... je pokomentiral, da "poleg tega C3 Polo izgleda kot čakalnica splošne bolnce..."

Oblikovno mi je iz podobnega razloga npr. tudi stari C3 lepši od novega...
Tattoo- je napisal/-a:Čeprav mi je tvoj rahlo sarkastičen pristop simpatičen, pa zagotovo tudi sam pri sebi točno veš, da je bil moj komentar v danem trenutku popolnoma na mestu...in ni ti potrebno sedaj v vsakem postu izpostavljati mojih kriterijev strokovnosti!Najbrž se pa tudi zavedaš, kakšen vihar bi na tem forumu povzročila taka "politična nekorektnost", kot si si jo ti privoščil, če bi nekdo napisal, da imajo konkurentje v primerjavi s Polotom "feeling" kakšne drvarnice...takoj bi bil označen za značkarja, fanatika, tipičnega Slovenceljna,... The passenger compartment remained stable in the frontal impact. Dummy readings indicated good protection of the legs and femurs of both driver and pssenger. Citroen were able to demonstrate that similar protection would be offered to occupants of different sizes and to those sat in different seating positions. The car scored maximum points in the side barrier impact. In the more severe side pole test, chest protection was rated as weak, based on dummy readings of rib deflections. Protection against whiplash injuriy in a rear impact was rated as marginal.
Child occupant
Both dummies were sat in forward facing child restraints. In each case, forward movement of the head was not excessive in the frontal impact and, in the side impact, the dummies were both properly contained by the shells of their restraints. The passenger airbag can be disabled to allow a rearward facing restraint to be used in that seating position. However, information provided to the driver regarding the status of the airbag is not sufficiently clear. The label warning of the dangers of using a rearward facing child seat without first disabling the airbag is not available in all European languages and was not rewarded by Euro NCAP.
Pedestrian
In most areas likely to be struck by the head of a pedestrian, the bonnet provided poor protection and scored no points. The bumper provided predominantly good protection for pedestrians' legs.
Safety assist
All variants of the DS3 are equipped as standard with electronic stability control, a seatbelt reminder for the driver and front passenger seats and a driver-set speed limitation device.

200 hp for Citroën DS3

It appears that the Citroen is a serious hot hatchback. There is a version in the pipeline with 200 hp and rally genes.
Have you ever noticed that the Citroen C4 one of the most successful rally cars of the moment? Likely not, because Citroen succeed but not to the successes in the WRC into the street car. Despite that most agree an attempt is risky. Indeed, the wallflower C4 dangles down in the sales statistics.
From 2011, the new DS3's role as the C4 WRC car on, then probably sit Sébastien Loeb and Kimi Räikkönen still behind the wheel of the Citroën factory team.
By that time appears the top version of the DS3 for street use. That gets the THP 200 bhp engine, which debuts next spring in the Peugeot RCZ. Reported that the French l'Automobile. This is the DS3 a serious competitor for the Mini Cooper S Works and even back to Alfa Romeo Mito QV and Audi S1. Until that time the 1.6 THP 150 hp version of the DS3 the topper in the series.

We are not sure whether this gem of a car will actually be taken of the veil at the Frankfurt Motor Show but if Citroen is planning to surprise everyone, it will be worth being at the Citroen corner. Although the Citroen DS3 Convertible (better known as the DS3c) hasn’t been confirmed by the French company, car chopper
Theophilus Chin has come up with an amazing rendering of what the roof-less DS3 would look like. And we’re completely drooling over the images in here …
The speculation is that the Citroen DS3 will arrive in two diesel and three petrol variants. While the diesel ones will produce 90bhp and 110bhp the petrol units will churn 95bhp, 120 bhp and 150bhp.
