Since I swapped key fobs with my wife’s it’s been holding tight to them!! Either swap to the second key fob or change which preset your saving your settings too. For me I was using preset one on the door and my wife was using preset two. But the key fobs go with that certain preset. So I had key fob one and was trying to save it to preset two. when my wife loaded her chair and mirror preset it would delete my phone book. We swapped key fobs and the problem went away. Key fob one gets saved to preset one and key fob two goes with preset two... easy... but you have to know which key fob is which. Either try saving to the other preset or swap to the other key fob.

Hold temp up and down buttons to access the engineering menu.
This will wipe all of your personal settings and take it back to factory default. It will also load with the SRT logo and take several minutes to hours before it will look the same as it did before.
